It started in 2022, around a dinner table in Faridabad. A group of friends — tired of paying premium prices for vegetables that wilted within a day — decided there had to be a better way.
We drove out to farms in Haryana and Punjab, spoke directly with farmers, and realized the problem wasn't supply — it was the four layers of middlemen between field and fork.
